Our Approach
Football Detail
In our private training, the football details are everything — we zoom in on the small things that make the biggest difference on match day: first touch, scanning, body shape, timing, 1v1 decisions, and clean striking off both feet. We don’t just “get reps in”; we coach the why behind each action, then sharpen it through game-real scenarios so the player can execute under pressure, not just in a drill.
S&C / Prehab
Our S&C and prehab in private training starts with posture, because it’s the foundation for staying injury-free and building real athletic performance. I’ve a fast eye for posture analysis, so I can quickly assess how a player stands, moves, and loads through sprinting, turning, and striking — then we tighten up the weak links with targeted strength, mobility, and control work. It’s not “gym for the sake of it”; it’s building a body that moves better, performs better, and is far more resilient week to week.
Private training with MPA is holistic because we don’t just coach the “football bit” — we look at the fine details that actually drive performance: how a player moves, how they accelerate and change direction, their posture and body position, how they receive and strike the ball, and even how confident they look when the pressure comes on. We break down what’s really limiting them (often it’s one or two small things), then build it back up with a tailored mix of technical work, football-specific speed and movement, 1v1s, and real-game scenarios. It’s detail-led but player-first: the goal is to improve the full athlete — skill, movement, decision-making and mindset — so the changes stick and show up on match day.
Nutrition/ REcovery
Recovery and nutrition is where The Neuro Hub comes in — it’s my way of helping players (and parents) regulate the nervous system, recover properly, and stay consistent without constantly picking up niggles. From working with pro players in Ireland, I learned that the “best plan” only works if the body is actually ready to absorb training, so we focus on simple, practical habits that improve sleep, energy, hydration and fueling, plus recovery strategies that calm the system and speed up tissue repair. It’s a unique blend of performance and rehab: not fluffy wellness, just what genuinely keeps players available, progressing, and feeling good week to week.
“Best in the Business having worked with many coaches around Europe, Fixed my shoulder issue and kept me available all season. ”
“Thank you for everything. Your training and Gym work has been the best i’ve come across. would highly recommend”
Lasting impact
The lasting impact of our private training is mindset — because confidence, discipline, and resilience don’t just make a better footballer, they make a better young person. We teach players how to handle pressure, respond to setbacks, stay consistent when motivation dips, and take pride in doing the basics well. When they learn to back themselves, communicate, and lead by example in training, it carries into school, friendships, and everyday life — they walk taller, think clearer, and start acting like the person they want to become.
“I appreciate everything Cormac did for me over the last couple of months. Genuinely mean it when I say the best individual coach i’ve had.”

Private training is best for players who want a personalised plan and faster progress — whether they need extra confidence, sharper technical details (first touch, 1v1s, finishing), or support with speed, movement, and injury-prevention. We assess where they’re at, identify the key gaps, and build a clear roadmap so improvements show up in matches, not just in training. text goes here

Most players feel a difference within the first 1–2 sessions — more clarity, more confidence, and a clear focus. The big, lasting changes (better movement, sharper decisions, consistent match performance) usually build over a few weeks, because we’re not guessing — we’re fixing the key details and reinforcing them until they hold under pressure. text goes here

Yes — every player leaves with simple, realistic actions to do between sessions (ball mastery, movement work, or recovery habits depending on what they need). That’s how we make the progress stick: the private session sets the standard, and the plan keeps the momentum going all week.

No — it’s for any player who’s serious about improving. Some players come to build confidence and master the basics, others want to sharpen fine details for trials or higher-level football. The session is tailored to the player’s level, so they’re pushed properly without being overwhelmed.
