The MPA Speed Camp is designed to help players develop the speed, power, and movement skills that make a difference on the pitch — all delivered in a fun, high-energy environment.

Across the 3 days, players will experience:
⚡ Speed Testing (Day 1 & Day 3)
Players are tested at the beginning and end of camp to measure real progress.

💥 Plyometrics & Explosive Training
Develop power, coordination, and athleticism.
🏋️ Strength Training in a State-of-the-Art Gym
Delivered by Cormac Buckley (Former Kerry FC S&C Coach) — giving players a real insight into how athletes train.
🥗 Nutrition Education
Simple, practical advice on how to fuel performance and recovery.
🎯 Fun Competitive Games Daily
Finish each session with games that build confidence, teamwork, and enjoyment.
